F-Initiatives Event
For this purpose, a venue was chosen, one of the architectural monuments of the city, the Modernist Site of the Hospital de Sant Pau, and it was dressed to welcome the employees and collaborators of the company to celebrate this special occasion.
A concept was created that would serve as a common thread throughout the event “You are the key piece of our success”, a concept that sought to honor the work of all employees of the company referring to the importance they have in the day to day for the success of F-iniciativas.
For this purpose, an envelope containing a puzzle piece and a message recommending them to join the other members of the team was distributed to each guest weeks before the event. Once they did so, they were presented with an image of the location of the event and information about the date and time of the event, and when they were missing a piece to complete the puzzle there was a message telling them that they would find it at the event.
During the event the attendees were able to enjoy a festive atmosphere, many animations, shows and other surprises, but one of the high moments of the night was when one of the Directors took the stage and addressing all the guests told them that they could stop looking for the missing piece, because this was them, the real key pieces of the success of F-Initiativas, its workers, the people who lead the company to daily success.
