GARTNER/KING – Circus Party 30’s
Bacus proposed as a location, one of the most famous and oldest circus museums in the world: the Raluy Circus.
The location was zoned according to the arrival of customers:
Outdoor reception area, “Magical world of the circus of the 30’s” where 3km of red carpet, a velvet curtain simulating a theater curtain and characters welcoming the guests were set up. The next area consisted of an area created with old circus carriages and trucks of the time, where the photocall and welcome drink area was located, with more interactive characters. The main circus tent followed, where the central ring as a base for the shows, framed the rest areas with sets of vintage armchairs, sets of bodypaintings recreating animals and catering points offering succulent delicacies.
From this tent, a 600m2 tent was annexed to cover the event’s capacity of more than 800pax. With a 9m high polygonal tent which had to be decorated to create the same warm atmosphere as the Raluy tent. The entire space was covered with burgundy and cream fabrics, vintage furniture and circus decorations.
