Bacus Events is a corporate events agency headquartered at Carrer de Sardenya 83, Barcelona, since 1993.
Chapter 01 — History
33 years of the same way of working.
Bacus was founded in Barcelona in 1993. The underlying idea has not changed since: to produce every event as if it were the only one of the year. More than 3,000 projects produced and six Eventoplus Awards attest to that work.
The brief changes with every client; the level of demand does not. Every convention, launch, gala, stand or family day is built from scratch. Nothing is done with a template.
We work at Carrer de Sardenya 83 with a horizontal team: creative direction, executive production, space design, audiovisual, supplier coordination and post-production share the same brief from day one. All disciplines live under the same roof: decisions are made fast, with no intermediate steps.
Chapter 02 — The team
Sardenya 83. Multiple disciplines under one roof.
César Vinuesa leads the studio. Every client knows from day one the team that will produce their event and always speaks with the same contact. There are no intermediaries between the client and the decision-makers.
The team structure is flat by design. Creative direction, executive production, space design and audiovisual work on the same brief from day one. This allows fast decisions and never losing contact with the client at any moment of the project.
Every case published in the projects archive carries the client name, the event photo and, where applicable, the Eventoplus Award that recognised the work.

Founder
Manel Huertas · 1967 — 2022
Manel Huertas founded Bacus Events in Barcelona in 1993. Thirty years later, in 2022, his career was recognised by the AEVEA association and the corporate events sector in Spain. He passed away that same year. The continuity of the studio was left in the hands of the team he himself had trained.
Today Bacus maintains the same premises (Carrer de Sardenya 83), the same team and the same historical clients who trusted the studio from its earliest years: BMW, Amazon, Nestlé, MediaMarkt, Louis Vuitton, FC Barcelona, among others.
